News: Ibsen Studies at the University of Oslo Goes Online
The University of Oslo now offers a fully online master programme on Henrik Ibsen’s works – a fully internet-based master’s programme offered as an alternative to their in-person Ibsen Studies master’s programme.
This program gives you the opportunity to study from wherever you are in the world. Throughout two years of studies, you will be part of an international community of students, scholars, and theater practitioners who are passionate about Ibsen’s works, their impact in today’s world, as well as their continuous renewal in the performing arts. The programme is rooted in literature, reception, film, theater, performance, and cultural studies.
The programme offers flexibility and autonomy within a guided framework and you will have online interactions with world leading experts on Ibsen. The asynchronous nature of Ibsen Studies Online makes it particularly suitable for combination with other commitments, and you can study full or part time. The programme is taught in English.
