New Publication: Folia Scandinavica Posnaniensia's Special Issue: New Geographies of Scandinavian Studies
Folia Scandinavica Posnaniensia's Special Issue “New Geographies of Scandinavian Studies” is now available for open access.
The issue explores how the position of Scandinavia, and Scandinavian Studies, has moved in the wake of Europe’s geopolitical and cartographical shifts of the past decades.
Edited by Torben Jelsbak (Copenhagen) and Lill-Ann Körber (Aarhus/Göttingen), the volume includes articles by the network members Anita Soos (Budapest), Anna Mrozewicz (Lund), Clemens Räthel (Greifswald), Helena Brezinova (Prague), Leva Steponaviciute (Vilnius),Karolina Drozdowska (Trondheim) and Sylwia Izabela Schab (Poznan), complemented with a “keynote article” by Przemysław Czapliński.
The publication marks the conclusion of the research network Folia Scandinavica Posnaniensia, based at the Universities of Aarhus and Copenhagen and funded by the Independent Research Fund Denmark 2019-24.
