Medel för korttidsutsända svensklärare i Europa
In 2021, CSS and the Swedish Institute (SI) started a new project to promote collaboration between Swedish universities and European universities that conduct teaching and research in the Swedish language, literature, media and culture in general.
The project offers teachers at Swedish universities the opportunity to apply for funding to stay for another time at a foreign university in connection with an Erasmus exchange, in order to strengthen the host institution's connection to universities in Sweden through educational and research collaborations.
International Web Community for Scandinavian Studies
The International Web Community for Scandinavian Studies (IWCSS) is a ongoing project that consists of a online platform and newsletter service informning and connecting the international community of scholars in Scandinavian Studies.
By collecting, receiving and gathering information about news and events relating to the academic field of Scandinavian Studies from the many different places in the world where it is practised, IWCSS fascilitate international cooperation and connection between individuals as well as institutions.
In doing so it also helps to advance the field as such, creating new exchanges of ideas and perspectives that cross both national borders and cultural spheres.

Scandinavian Scholars on Facebook
CSS is also involved in the administration of the Facebook group Scandinavian Scholars.
Between 2018 and 2021 CSS was a partner in the Danish-Swedish project Fördomsfönster Öresund. A cooperative project that aimed to make it easier for companies in the Öresund Region who were looking to hire to get connected with international professionals on the other side of the Danish-Swedish border who was looking for a job.
The project was co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak.
